Horseback Riding in the Cangrejal Valley (half day)

A unique way to explore nature in the gorgeous Cangrejal River Valley and get to know the local culture.

Riding through jungle villages, located between 2 national parks, accompanied by a local guide, and swimming in spectacular natural pools.

The ride starts right here at Omega Lodge, where we meet our horses, they live with us here in the jungle and love to take you out to discover the valley with its beautiful views and authentic small villages. We leave the lodge and head further up into the valley through the village of El Naranjo and just before Las Mangas bridge we enter a private natural reserve: "La Relumbrosa".

For a refreshing break, we stop at an inviting, crystal clear, natural pool along a hidden jungle river for a cool swim and take in the breathtaking scenery. Perfect time to cool off and enjoy a tasty picnic snack return to our refreshed horses who are waiting with great patience and keen to show us more incredible views of the Cangrejal River Valley on our ride back through the villages to Omega Lodge.
