Jungle Hiking - El Bejuco Waterfall (half day)

An amazing hike through the rainforest of Pico Bonito National Park
This great trip starts from the Omega Lodge.  Initially we take a short jeep ride down the road where this great day begins. From here we wade across the Cangrejal River (bags will be provided to keep our equipment dry). As we enter the rainforest in the Pico Bonito National Park and a short 20 minutes walk we reach our first waterfall.

Here you can jump into a crystal clear pool and take a shower that provides a therapeutic massage. After this refreshing break we continue up to El Bejuco Falls (80m) where we enjoy our picnic surrounded by espectacular views. When we are all ready to go again we head back down on a different path to cross the river once again, this time on a suspension bridge, 10 min. from our lodge. Back there you can refresh in our pool and relax in a hammock.
